Solely to reply to your inquiry and follow up on what you raise with us: volunteering, donations, partnerships, or a young person joining our programs. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not send you communications you have not asked for.

4. Who we share it with

With no one for commercial purposes. Messages from the form are delivered to the organization's inbox through an email delivery provider that acts solely as a technical intermediary. We may disclose information if required to do so by a competent authority in compliance with a legal obligation.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, if the relationship continues, for as long as it lasts. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Protection of minors

This is the most important part of this policy. Our programs serve minors, and their protection comes before any communications or fundraising goal:

• We do not publish photographs, full names, exact ages, or any other identifying information about a minor without prior written consent from their parent or legal guardian.
• When we do not have that consent, we use group photographs without identifiable faces, or testimonials with no photo and no name.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time and without explanation: we remove the image or testimonial from the site as soon as we are told.
• This website is not directed to children under 13 and does not seek to collect their data. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
• If we find that we have received data from a child under 13 without a parent or guardian involved, we delete it. If you believe this has happened, write to us at yfeg1234@gmail.com and we will erase it.

7. How we protect the information

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and applies security headers to reduce the risk of spoofing and content injection. Access to the inbox where messages arrive is limited to the people at the organization who handle inquiries. No system is infallible, so we ask that you not send sensitive information through the form (bank details, identity documents, or medical information).

The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps: when it loads, Google may receive information from your browser and use its own cookies, subject to its privacy policy, over which we have no control.
