1. Who we are

standuptogether is a nonprofit organization based at 509 Marshall Way, Durham, NC 27705, dedicated to mentoring children, teens, and young people, and to training them in leadership and entrepreneurship. You can reach us at yfeg1234@gmail.com or at 984 281 9870.

2. Purpose of this site

This site is informational: it presents the organization's mission, programs, and ways to get involved, and it lets you get in touch with us. It does not provide professional services of any kind, and it is not a substitute for the psychological, medical, educational, or legal care a person may need.

3. Permitted use

By using this site, you agree to:

• Use it in accordance with the law and with these terms.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or take any action that could damage, overload, or disable the service.

The interface icons and typeface come from third-party libraries under open licenses, whose attribution notices are kept alongside the site's source code.

5. Contact form

Information you send through the form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not include bank details, identity documents, or medical information. Replying to your message does not in itself create any contractual relationship between the parties.

6. Donations and support

Donations are arranged directly with the organization; this site does not process payments and does not store card or bank account details. Contributions are voluntary and, unless expressly agreed otherwise, go toward the organization's general purposes.

About tax deductions: we do not claim that contributions to standuptogether are tax-deductible. Only donations to organizations with current recognition under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code are deductible. We will inform you in writing of the exact status of our registration process before you make any contribution, so that you can decide with complete information.

7. Charitable solicitation in North Carolina

The solicitation of charitable contributions in North Carolina is governed by Chapter 131F of the North Carolina General Statutes, administered by the Solicitation Licensing Branch of the Secretary of State. Any organization soliciting donations in the state must hold the corresponding annual license unless a statutory exemption applies.

8. Third-party links and content

The site embeds a Google Maps map and links to our social media profiles and to third-party sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it; its use is governed by the terms and policies of its respective owners.
